The "Student–Industry Meeting" organized by the Faculty of Engineering at our university was held on May 8, 2025, in the faculty building with strong participation. The event aimed to facilitate direct interaction between students and industry representatives, introduce career opportunities, and share the expectations of the business world.
Representatives from leading industrial companies in our region, including Temsa, Çukurova Makina İmalat Sanayi ve Ticaret Inc. (ÇÜMİTAŞ), Seçil Kauçuk, Aşut Fiberglass, Özen İş Makina, Saka Group–SKG Metal, AVES Inc., and ÇELKONSAN Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Inc., attended the event. At the company booths set up on campus, students received detailed information about internship and employment opportunities, while also engaging in discussions about the companies’ fields of activity and ongoing projects.
As part of the event, career talks and company presentations were also held at the faculty. This direct interaction between students and industry professionals is expected to contribute significantly to future collaborations and employment opportunities.
