Representatives from Tarsus University Project Office and Faculty of Engineering held a stakeholder meeting with the Mersin Chamber of Maritime Commerce to foster collaboration in education and develop joint projects.
 
The meeting was attended by Mr. Mesut ÖZTÜRK, Secretary General, and Ms. Gülşen AKYILDIZ, Deputy Secretary General, on behalf of the Mersin Chamber of Maritime Commerce; and by Prof. Dr. Hüseyin TOPAKLI, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Kayhan DAĞIDIR, Coordinator of the Project Office, and Dr. Ahmet YALKIN on behalf of Tarsus University. Mr. Murat OZAN, Coordinator of the EU and Foreign Relations Project Center at the Mersin Governorship, also participated in the meeting.
 
The discussions focused on the Chamber’s contributions to education, potential strategic collaborations with the university, and opportunities for joint work on student-centered projects. Ideas for concrete project initiatives and sustainable partnerships were evaluated within the framework of regional development goals.
